Memories of Haw Par Villa: Andy Yang

One of my fondest memories of Singapore has to be Haw Par Villa. Being born in the 70s, this unique theme park was really magical as well as scary for me as a kid. From the Ten Courts of Hell to the Celestial Heavens. The image that really stuck in my head through these years was the Taoist deity ‘Er Lang Sen’ that has the third eye. This fierce looking deity was believed to be a slayer of demons.
